[izpack-devel] A few (warnings) cleanups

My Eclipse throws a fair number of warnings at me when compiling the izPack sourcetree.
Although I noticed some could not be removed ("unused" fields for JNI access in ShellLink), I tried to lower the number of warnings a bit by removing unused imports, correcting static constants access, adding serialVersionUIDs for Serializable classes, commenting out "really" unused private fields and variables...
I did not remove all of the warnings, but it is better (only 31 warnings left in my eclipse as of now).

I am attaching the patch for your review.
