[izpack-users] shellLink.dll in standalone-compiler.jar

Hi Mandeep,
it is a bug in the build script, not a feature.
I will fix it soon.
If you would an can you can put them (shellLink.dll and
COIOSHelper.dll) at the right place into standalone-compiler.jar
