Summary: manual.xml doesn't build correctly

Details: The file manual.xml under directory izpack-launcher-2.0/doc/docbook-en/ has a misplaced </sect1> on line 171 that prevents it to build correctly by docbook utils (e.g. by docbook2pdf). This ending tag should be put after the </sect2> and before the </chapter> ending tags.

What follows is a patch file (in universal diff format) that solves that:
