I think it is a good idea to configure the point at a installation
is successfully.
One problem is, what todo with old installation scripts and user
for which it is to complicated. For this we need a default behavior.
An other point is the extension of the param set of <panel>. If we
do it may be we should before ask for more needed parameter or
elements for the panel. One can be panel related layout (I have
implemented the layout for all panels because at that time I would
not change the param set <panel>). I mean there are more points
but in the moment I do not remember.
