[izpack-devel] Drop 1.4 compatibility?

There are a few projects out there that provide both 1.5 and 1.4
(through retroweaver) versions.

I believe that we should not drop 1.4 source compatibility for the
next release, but envision using 1.5 constructs afterwards.
