[izpack-users] Install Log file II

[Miraodb]

Hi Klaus,

DOH !!!
It's 100% my fault... don't know if i did that by reflex because all
webpages have an index.html, but basically index.html is worthless ! All
other pages refers to izpac-doc.html.

I shall be ashame and lagh hard at myself ;-) ... and remove the useless
index.html

OOPS.....
