[izpack-users] quotes in Windows shortcut definitions

Hi Kevin,
In our shortcut.spec we don't use any "s and the shortcut called batches
works with both: INSTALL_PATHes with or without spaces.
Do you have a special reason to do so?
Try it without " and let me know.
