Thank you for the trick. I discovered that chmod was never
called... because I was installing a jar created with an old
install.xml without the executable target. I switch to the good jar
and everything is OK. :-)
The trace displays an Exception:

I didn't notice anything in the IzPack output.I don't know wether it
is related or not but my LANG environnement variable is: fr_FR.UTF-8
