[izpack-users] no shortcuts created using automated installscript

Hello,

some weeks ago was a discussion about missing shortcuts using automated
installation.
Marc wrote it is fixed. I'm using 3.9.0-RC1 on XP an still miss
shortcuts after automated installation.

Is the fix mentioned by Marc part of this distribution?
