[izpack-users] Launcher question

Hi,

I have the Launcher.exe from the SVN, wrote my launcher.ini,

jar = Installer.jar
download = http://www.java.com/

jre = jre-1_5_0_11-windows-i586-p.exe
----8<-----------------

both the JRE and the Installer.jar exist and IZPack works fine when I
execute the installer via Java but when I run the Launcher, nothing
happens. How can I force it to generate some debug so that I can peer
into what's going on? Any ideas and tips, anyone?

The OS is XP SP2 inside a VMWare but that shouldn't matter, or would it?
