[izpack-users] help with ShellLink.dll not being added to install jar file

I can build my install and run the jar and everything works beautifully on
my computer.  But when I go to another computer to which I have copied the
install jar file, the shortcut panel does not appear.  Only when I manually
add the ShellLink.dll file and the shortcutSpec.xml file to the same
directory as the install jar does the shortcut panel appear.

 

Why?  I have the line <native type="izpack" name="ShellLink.dll"
stage="install"/> in my install xml file.  Why isn't it included in the jar
file?
