[izpack-devel] Implemented a server type global variable

This allows the user to select on startup the type of app server they are deploying to and make packs,fields,filesets,executeable and parseables dependant for example

    <installType type="Weblogic">  
        <include name="weblogic\**\*"/>
        <exclude name="CVS\*"/>
    </installType> 
</fileset>
