[izpack-devel] czech localization of launcher

I have one additional question, but it's importance is really low:
I've tried the launcher on windows.
If the regional settings were set as in picture settings.png (language 
for non-unicode programs - English) , the resulting chars were good, but 
not 100%. see dialog.png.
If I set that to Czech, instead of English, it was 100%. dialog2.png

I think, this is something, that the launcher cannot manage (because, 
it's possibly non-unicode program). Or can?

Anyway both results are good enough to use it with no problem.
